Fast Acting

SierraSil is clinically proven to reduce joint pain and inflammation. Take daily with a glass of water. It is most effective when ingested on an empty stomach at least one half-hour before a meal, and when taken at a different time from other nutritional supplements and medications. Best results are seen when taken before breakfast.

Loading  dosage: 4 grams (6 capsules / 2 scoops) taken once daily. Recommended for first time SierraSil users for a period of 2 to 4 weeks only.

Maintenance dosage: 2 grams (3 capsules / 1 scoop) taken once daily.

Topical spray: Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times daily for fast relief of minor aches and pains.
