Are there side effects from taking SierraSil®?

SierraSil supplies your body with trace minerals which are essential nutrients. SierraSil is an all-natural inorganic form of trace minerals presented in a highly absorbable form. SierraSil has no side effects.

How do I take SierraSil®?

The recommended dosage of SierraSil is 3 capsules taken once daily and ingested on an empty stomach at least one half-hour before a meal or two hours after a meal. Best results are seen when taken away from meals—and 2 to 3 hours before intensive exercise. For best absorption, take with a little water or acidic juice and away from other supplements or medications at a different time of the day.

How is SierraSil® different?
